- Keswick Christian School. Our primary mission for this particular program within our school is to create a positive environment which challenges students, athletes, coaches and spectators to demonstrate respect and sportsmanship before, during and after athletic events at our school venues. The lack of respect for authority figures such as officials is too rampant in our society today. Our mission is to change that mindset and get people at our venues to focus on respecting those in authority. Our goal is to reward positive displays of sportsmanship both on the field/court as well as in the bleachers with a tangible item reiterating the importance of sportsmanship (a custom ball, slingpack, etc.). (Our players would be choosing the recipient, thus would keep their focus positive as they seek to choose the player from the other team that best exemplifies sportsmanship.) Our plan also includes purchasing wall hangings that will display a respect/sportsmanship slogan to keep this mindset in the forefront. www.keswickchristian.org
