When you schedule service, we will send out to your home a highly trained, professional electrician. You can be assured that your electrician is a clean and neat company employee who is drug free, smoke free and has passed a national criminal background check for your family's safety. For this reason, we never use subcontractors or broker out work like some others do.

Your electrician is going to arrive in a fully stocked truck that we like to call our mobile warehouse. What that means to you is we are prepared to complete most jobs right on the spot, as long as they aren't unusual. We charge $69.00 for calls scheduled during normal working hours ($59.00 for Service Partner members) for the service of getting a professional technician to your home.  (Note: Emergency and after hours service is currently available to current Service Partner members only. Please call to schedule an emergency visit).

Now once he gets there, he will listen to your concerns and ask you some questions to be sure that he fully understands your entire situation. From there, he will share with you all of your options and present a written Up Front price for your diagnostic work or installation, whichever the case may be. You can think of it as the "no surprises" way of servicing your home. And remember, we have a minimum one-year warranty on all of our work and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
